LATE ARRIVALS

We regret that late arrival will not receive an extension of scheduled service time, and will be responsible for full service fee.

RESERVATIONS

Spa & Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or a gift card is required when making reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must make a cancellation, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations received within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the treatment booked.

CELL PHONES & PAGERS

Out of consideration for all guests, please mute pagers and cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in treatment rooms.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we cannot secure these items, and we will not be responsible for them.

GRATUITY

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be applied automatically to all spa services including spa packages. Additional gratuities are appreciated but not required.

SPA ARRIVAL

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment so that you are able to check in at the spa reception desk. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on the time scheduled and the full treatment value will be charged.
