24-Hour Cancellation Policy - If you must make a cancellation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the treatment booked.

Gratuity – For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all spa services, including spa packages.  Additional gratuities are appreciated, but not required.
